I bookee the wrong dates and they kindly moved my booking at short notice to the next month.

Our room was sparkling clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved our guide Angel and David for the tour we took with them.

Comfy bed and a nice view from the room, you can listen to the waves while falling asleep. If you are lucky you can make a boat tour with David one of the hosts. It was amazing, you can really feel that he loves what he is doing. He took time for us, explained everything and we had a wonderful tour. Seeing dolphins, turtles birds… and much more. We really can recommend going with him!

We liked the most the hospitality and attention from the hosts Angie and David. We had an amazing time and on the tour we had great insights into the habitat of the marine life like dolphins, turtles and for a second, a bit of manatees :)

“The perfect spot to experience genuine Mexican hospitality in an authentic fishing village!”

Loved the remoteness of the village and beachfront location of the property, it was lovely to fall asleep at night listening to the waves! It is simple accomodation but clean and comfortable, and the owners obviously take pride in their little hotel. David was a very friendly and informative host with a passion for nature and the environment. We would thoroughly recommend his boat tour, where we saw dolphins, manatees, many birds, a huge green turtle and snorkelled over the coral reef.

Location is great, right on the beach. Our room was huge, with the terrace in front it was a perfect setup for the start of our Mexican trip. The hosts were amazing - super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The boat trip with David was fantastic! Keep in mind that there are times of the day when there's no electricity in the village - it's not an issue but a lifestyle :)

You can choose all night electricity but the breeze from the sea was enough for us. Wifi during electricity on hours 8-3 5-midnight. Right on beach. Lots of advice from David on walking, cycling, eating out. Tour with David on boat. Free kayak and bicycles to use. Comfy bed. Hot water and toiletries. The village was so peaceful and rustic. Good restaurants catering for the tour groups from Tulum in the day, but you have these all to yourself at night. Just lovely to get away from it all.

“Hidden treasure in paradise”

A hidden treasure in Sian Kaan reserve. I had an incredible time at Villas Roseliz, the place is just perfect, right on the beach and I was even welcomed with a fresh coconut. David and Angel’s tours are amazing and they made my stay so special! I also loved the massage I got at the hotel! I really liked the community vibe in the common area and that we were able to use the kitchen. I will definitely come back when I get the chance, I already miss this absolute paradise! Thank you for creating this special place and sharing it with others!

Beachfront location, room was spacious with large bathroom.

The villa is a very magical place in front of the beach, most of the time you are alone in the sea, David, the owner and his family are very adorable, we also did the boattour with David, what was a very nice experience, very much recommend. the arrival is adventures and takes a lot of patience, but its worth it!!

“Fantastic and tranquil escape”

Lovely place right in the beach so you can hear the waves, really nice host who will make you dinner and meals and is always open to helping. The dogs are awesome as well, the old one is adorable he came for a walk to the lighthouse with us, just give him some water on the way.

We really liked Sonia’s massage! It was fantastic and affordable!

The hosts were warm, friendly, and excellent guides to the area. Sonia is a gifted massage therapist and the room was quiet and comfortable. The garden around the hotel was gorgeous, and proximity to the beach couldn't be better! Absolutely wonderful experience.
