I loved everything about my stay.

Very friendly staff, beautiful location and place. The bumpy road to get there is very bumpy however thanks to this, it is a peaceful and quiet place in comparison with the very touristy Tulum.

“Magical stay on the beach”

This was an unforgettable experience for our family of four. The premises were so nice and beatiful with lots of sunbeds, hammocks etc to just chill. We stayed in the cabañas which were cozy and well-maintained. Just pull the curtains in the morning and watch the magnificent sunrise. The staff was very friendly, service-minded and helped us exploring diffetent options of what to do, for example set us up with a guide for an early morning bird walk. Many species can be seen on and near the premises. An osprey regularly rests in one of the palm trees on the beach.We really recommend it .

The journey might be long, but once you arrive, you’re rewarded with pure tranquility and a truly special atmosphere. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help – sometimes a bit forgetful, but in a charming way.The rooms are clean, simple, and functional. There’s no cell service, but the Wi-Fi works surprisingly well – ideal for disconnecting while staying lightly connected. The food at the hotel was delicious and freshly prepared. From the hotel, you can take amazing boat and snorkeling tours to discover dolphins, turtles, rays, and the vibrant underwater world of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve.

“Beautiful place right on the beach.”

The hotel is in a beautiful setting right on the beach. So calm and beautiful sea. We loved the boat trip organised by the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful and a really relaxed vibe throughout. The sea is beautiful (agree with others about the plastic though completely not the fault of the hotel). Not sure why people are bothered by the seaweed….just jump over and the sea is right there! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

“A hidden paradise”

It's a whole adventure to get to Punta Allen and of course the hotel, I really would like to say it was worth it but I was very disappointed on the amount of seaweed they have on the hotel beach. I understand it is completely out of their control. Nature is unpredictable. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Food is delicious because they have a great chef. I hope I can come back when it's not seaweed season... It's a great place to disconnect.

A paradise, photo-like destination. Glamping under millions of stars and coconut palms. Comfortable beds in tasteful breakfast. Perfect location to watch a sunrise.

“Unique experience”

The place is simply incredible. The view is amazing, as well as everything provided by the hostel (food, equipment etc). We took the boat tour to see the animals and it was one of the best experiences. It is a unique experience and maybe the best I ever had so far traveling.

Beautiful, peaceful spot on the beach. We slept on the beach in a tent and it gave a great mood.

“A paradise spot that deserves to come to”

This place is really outstanding if you want to see what Tulum was 15 years ago, cause here you can see something not accessible now in Tulum as everything there is locked and fended by beach clubs. What is good: tents are comfy enough, even though it's a basic accommodation, WiFi is great, we had no problems during our stay at all, shared bathrooms and showers are clean. The personnel is very nice and this place is taken care of as good as they can. Great price for this kind of "glamping" experience.

I loved Cielo y Selva! If you feel like having a little adventure and you like to sleep in a tent, this one was great! Exactly like on photos and right on the beach. I would definitely go back.

Everything! If you’re looking for a special experience (we booked tents), do not think twice. Cielo y Selva is a pretty little glamping, right on the beach and Punta Allen is really beautiful, quiet and we just loved it.

The location of this hotel is soo pretty. It was like paradise. The beach was magical! We also loved we could walk into the city. We stayed in the small house, and everything worked, bed was comfortable. The staff was very sweet, and we also booked a great boat tour through the hotel. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and food was good too!

Stunning and well kept Location with very friendly and caring staff! Particularly the 2 waiters they were very professional but engaging. Prices of food & drinks were fair.

My stay at Cielo y Selva was paradise, the perfect little break from my busy life. I was able to slow down and take in the nature.
