An authentic experience in the middle of Lake Titicaca. The owners were really welcoming and helpful with every request we had. The breakfast was tasty, and I really appreciated the fresh fruit.

Location is amazing. It’s much better to be a bit away from the Uros Island. There is not a single noise, very peaceful, the view from the room is magical. The bed and blanckets were so warm. As soon as the sun goes up the room is warm. We had dinners there and enjoyed simple yet delicious meals.

Yonatan and Lucy were incredible hosts. It was a great experience to stay on the same floating island as a Peruvian family. Very nice breakfast. Also the location is great for star gazing.

Awesome place and nice owner. Seemed like one of the better places so can recommend this to you! Just two remarks: no towels are provided and on our first day pickup was agreed at 11h but we had to wait for more than 1h to be picked up and struggled to reach Yonathan.

Brilliant experience to stay on the floating island for one night. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The family is very friendly and welcoming. The decoration feels home and romantic. The stary night is unforgettable, but prepare for the coldness at night.

Amazing location, beautiful view on the lake and the host, Yonatan and his family are amazing! They took us on their boat from the port to the lodge, helped with everything, they also made us a dinner (+35 soles/person). The lodge is magical, the best accomodation we had so far in Peru. Part of the decoration is made by Yonatan's wife, which makes the place even more cosy.They have a heating for the cold night and extra bankets, but be prepared because it is really cold on the lake at night.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious; the beds were comfortable, and the view of the lake was amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. Yonathan and his lovely family were very friendly, and made our stay very memorable. The breakfast is delicious.

Absolutely stunning, such a magical place to stay. Yonatan and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The food they prepared was delicious and they provided us with lots of tea and coffee throughout the day. Yonatan picked us up and dropped us off no problem, even when we had to leave at 5am for our bus! Communication was great and we had a lovely lovely time! We even decided to have a little swim on the lake and Yonatan helped pull us out! A lot of places on the lake have reviews about being cold, this wasn’t the case at Yonatan’s place, they have a gas heater, lots and lots of blankets and gave us hot water bottles so it was really quite toasty. The was a problem with the toilet flush whilst we were there but Yonatan provided us with a bucket flush immediately so really wasn’t a problem.

Very nice location on the lake. Yonathan picked us up with his daughter and was very warm and welcoming. He taught us much about the Uros. The room is beautiful with a fantastic view on the lake. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay and the family made us feel at home and went the extra mile for my boyfriends’ birthday, which we really appreciate. We had a stay in paradise and really enjoyed our time at the lodge! Also breakfast was plenty! We very much recommend this beautiful place if you are looking for a romantic escape 🤍

“Best in Peru”

Staying with Yonatan and his family was our best in Peru. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable. It has 2 large beds, one to watch the sunrise, the other to watch the sunset. The host took great care to keep us warm at night: we had 2 heaters and even hot water bottles in bed! Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Yonatan and the children accompanied us on a tour of the area. It was a magical experience! Thank you very much and we recommend it to everyone!

Such an incredible location, with wonderful hosts Yonatan and Lucy who wish for your stay with them to be the best. It’s an authentic stay on Lake Titicaca without the tourism hype that some other floating reed islands may present. The accommodation is like ‘glamping’ ,is comfortable and is very warm. Water pressure is wanting but understandable given the location. Prepare to be cool in the shade (a puffer jacket wouldn’t go astray), and warm in the sun. The gazebo bed is superb. And the food is wholesome and delicious. Many thanks to Yonatan for organising transport from bus station on arrival to port where he was waiting with his boat, and then for the return which was very early in the morning to catch the train to Cusco.

The stay at the Titicaca Lake was amazing. The family that host the place is very nice and the breakfast is very delicious! I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a nice stay and also a gerat experience and contact with the local culture.

“Unique Stay in a Gorgeously Decorated Floating Room”

Gorgeously decorated room on a private island and Yonatan (the owner) was amazing. He took us from the dock to the hotel room, cooked (15 soles extra), gave us a tour of the islands and was generally super helpful. We would definitely recommend this place as a romantic stay for two.
