Amazing staff super kind. The restaurant in the hotel saved us for 2 nights after feeling really tired for the activities. They gave us a very generous breakfast box for our last day in which we left really early in the morning. It is also in front of the bank where you don't pay any commission for withdrawals

“Great stay at Terra Viva”
The room was better than I expected, very comfortable and spacious. Warm with loads of natural light. The staff were always helpful, nice and accommodating. The hotel is steps away from Puno’s main square.

Front desk were very helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport and packed breakfast for us as we left early. Comfy beds and good shower.

The front desk staff were very helpful. My parents had a suite which they were very happy with. It came with free drinks from the mini fridge! I had a single room which was great as well.

Heater in the room made it very cosy and we could control the temperature. Excellent location a couple of minutes from Plaza de Armas. Excellent breakfast of cereal, dried fruit etc, juice, coffee, bread, cold cheese & meat & the option to order pancakes, French toast or eggs ( omelette/fried etc).

“Good location but needs to rethink its amenities”
There was a bad smell in the room linked to the cleaning products Also the heating system (basically a mobile heater) doesn’t cover the bathroom so it is impossible to shower in the morning

“Great place to stay in Puno. Highly recommend”
Great hotel that exceeded my expectations. Dressing gowns, complimentary drinks in the fridge, cookies, a kettle - all much more than expected for a 3 star. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

“Wonderful stay in Puno!”
The hotel is super centrally located - close to all shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and departure. The rooms were clean and the shower was wonderful. I can recommend this hotel!
