“Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location with superb staff”
We arrived at the hotel about 8.30pm and my wife discovered that she was missing her passport. Luis was at the reception and extremely helpful. He helped me by speaking to the guide, Miguel on the Bolivia/Peru Hop bus. He explained that we thought the passport may have been dropped on the bus. He organised with Miguel to contact me when the group continuing to Cusco had finished dinner and he was back in the bus. The passport was found and Luis immediately called a taxi for us to get back into Puno and collect it. He even ran after a taxi when he thought it was leaving without us! He spoke to the taxi driver about waiting for us to collect the passport and return to your hotel. Luis is an invaluable member of your staff to whom we will always be very grateful. Fabulous staff, stunning location. Also so tranquil away from the noise and traffic. The gardens were lovely and it was such a treat seeing wild Guinea Pigs running around and the Alpacas in the grounds as well as bring on the shore of beautiful Lake Titicaca.

“Superb”
Quality of the service was simply excellent. When I arrived at the hotel I was sick (got Salmonella some days before arriving at Sonesta Posadas) and they were simply incredible in helping me. Food really good, great status of the facility, rooms perfectly cleaned. They do everything to please the guests. GREAT, nothing more to add.

“2 night stay”
Nicely located hotel outside of Puno directly on lake side. Comfortable room with lovely view of the lake. Loved the wild guinea pigs running about and the Alpacas in the garden. Good restaurant and bar. Liked taking a day to rest here.

“Excellent in every way!”
Very comfortable, big room, with heaters, great bed, and just the view!! They organized tour just for us. The food is great too. Outside are lovely gazebos to enjoy the sun!!! The staff is perfect! The hotel to stay in Puno!

“A little dated but the staff are wonderful”
Hotel is in need of an upgrade but the staff are wonderful. Perfect cocktails mixed at the bar and the food in the restaurant was pretty decent.
