Woman on reception boiled water to fill my hot water bottle and fill 2 thermal cups. Good hot shower pressure with using only the hot tap

Relatively good bed, wifi was ok, there was hot water in the shower.

Passing through Puno, the location & price were right. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Good value for money, it is located very close to the city centre, the room was big and clean. The shower was good.

Nice place in a good location to access everything in Pune, close to the main square. We had a good hot water shower and Wi-Fi. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation did washing for us which was a little expensive but was convenient for us. They lost one item but quickly found it for us when we notified them. We booked a boat tour to the islands through the accommodation which worked well.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, location a few blocks away from the main square. Possible to book trips to the floating islands at the reception with a pick-up at the door (if the trafic allows it).

Comfortable beds and good location. The WiFi is pretty good too in comparison to other places we have been. Staff very friendly and they also stored our bags whilst we went to the Uros Islands. Good value for money.

Nice, spacious rooms and the hottest shower we had in a while :) would totally recommend!

We booked a twin room and ended up in a room with 4 beds to ourselves! Beds were super comfy and the shower was fantastic, great pressure and very hot water - best I'd had in weeks.
