“Comfort and kindness”
Great location and excellent value. The owner was extremely friendly and was really kind, he packed me breakfast and accompanied me to the bus station in the early morning, I really appreciated that. Room was warm and the private bathroom was great. Would stay here again.

“Comfortable, clean, convenient place to stay with a lovely breakfast included”
The host was most accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a very good night’s sleep after a long day travelling. The breakfast was very good, including a hot breakfast with your eggs cooked as you liked. It is also only a short walk to the Lake and to the Bus Terminal, even though an uber is easy and cheap ($5 perivian pecos) as an alternative.

Super friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help. The reception has a fridge so drinks can be bought easily. The hotel is clean and tidy and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

“Clean, quiet with spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff”
Perfect place to stay when visiting Puno. The hotel is in a quiet side street and just a 15min walk from the Plaza de Mayor and city center. The room was very spacious and you can get a heater for 8 soles/night if you are cold. One of the few places I stayed at where the hot shower was actually working.

“Great option in Puno.”
The man running the place (I can't remember his name) was beyond helpful. He picked me up from the bus station, gave me lots of good advice and booked me a tour on the lake for the following day. He also insisted that I message him at any time if I needed anything - which I didn't, but this was a very comforting offer. The location was good. It was about a fifteen minute walk from the main square (or 30 minutes if you kept getting lost, like I did), and about an 8 minute walk in a straight line to the main bus station. It's quite residential area, which I like - it feels more authentic. If there was a supermarket around, I couldn't find it but there was a little convenience store across the road which was reasonably priced. The room was simple, but everything I needed, with a nice hot shower. I was told that breakfast was from 8 but when I came down bang on 8 other people were already finishing up. Breakfast was pretty basic, but that's what you expect for this price. Overall, very happy with this accommodation.

“Excellent choice”
Everything was good. I arrived at 05:30 to Puno, and I was able to do early check-in. Simple breakfast but good. Good location. Free coffee and tea 24 hours Friendly staff Comfy beds

Good place. Close to the bus terminal, city center, lake. Good wifi too (i was near the router, but still 👍) Solid choice ✅
