Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast functional but prepared with care and really enjoyable with a big mug of coffee. Perfect for a night on the way to wherever. Absolutely recommended

“Nice hotel in Puno”
Very nice and helpfull staff. They even made us breakfast at 4.30 in the morning, because we had to catch an early bus.

“Awesome hotel and personnel.”
Everything. personnel, room, common spaces, awesome breakfast. Flexibility: My bus departed so early, earlier than breakfast timetable and they offered a breakfast out of the official timing. They also took me from the hotel to the bus stop to avoid waiting for a taxi. Nice facts when you are starting a New stage of your trip.

It was very clean, comfortable large room and bathroom. Would definitely recommend! The staff was super helpful and recommended the local uros trip tours and taxis to the airport, so we didn’t have to pay through apps or agents.

“Great valve lovely staff super clean.”
The room was very very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I had a stomach bug and spent the whole day in bed. We were able to check in early which was great when not feeling well. The staff were extremely helpful when we were trying to complete the covid entry form for Boliva and allowed us to use computer. The breakfast was lovely.

“Best place we stayed in Peru”
Very friendly and cosy. Best breakfast with a fresh fruit and amazing coffee. Rooms are spacious and clean. The owner organized for us the tour to taquile island on the day of our arrival! We felt very welcomed
