I stayed for 10 nights in this hotel and I enjoyed it. It’s basic, but clean and good. Lovely bed and hot water in the shower! The breakfast is good too. And it’s in the center of Puno but you don’t hear the noise from outside.

Nothing, even the name was different from what advertised.

Well located, in the center of the town, very close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was really good, with lots of local fruits. Staff was really nice, and they let us do an early check-in without adicional costs.

The bed was super comfortable, breakfast is good. Location is great!

I arrived at 5 in the morning and although check in was at 12, they offered me a vacant room so that I could get my rest early. Really made my day.

The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were also very helpful getting us a heater for the room and booking a half day tour to Uros. The breakfast was basic (like most we've had in South America) but there was no shortage of food and everything was restocked throughout the morning. The shower temperature was hot which was appreciated.

The staff were very friendly and attempted to be helpful. But their hands are tied given that the management are not interested in their guests at all. Leaving here was the best moment of my trip to Peru.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They kept my luggage all day while waiting for my evening bus. Very close to everything - and a short walk to plaza de armas. Big supermarket is roughly a 10 minute walk away. The beds were comfy and the room was big, however there is an awful smell that comes out of the bathroom.
