The location was right in the middle of the town our room had a good view. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Good location, great breakfast (our best in Peru), helpful staff. It looks like what would have been a great top of the range hotel 15 years ago, they still provide that level of service, it’s just a touch dated now. But very comfortable, the bed was massive, could have slept 4 of us in the double. Also gave us a free welcome pisco sour!

Staffs are heartly helpful especially making use if whatsapp communication, resolve oral speaking Spanish vs English problems. The janitors and receptionist willing to offer kindness help when i was sick. I much appreciated. Nearby many restaurants, shops and banks, convenient.

Staff were always very friendly and happy to help. It was clean. Drinking water was always available. Very good location in the centre of puno surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants and taxis. The view from the room was stunning. There is a glass front to the elevator which also gives lovely views.

“A great hotel”

The hotel is good located, near of a street with some restaurants and not far away from center. The bed was a king size and very comfortable. The room has a beautiful view. We asked for the laundry and they did it very well, the clothes smelt good and were also ironed.

Staff speak very good english and are very attentive. The location is close to center and many local restaurants. Our room had a very nice view on the lake.

Breakfast at the 10th floor with great view over Titicaca is something unforgettable. Nice room, nice and comfortable bathroom. Location at the heart of Puno. Great hotel:)
