“Dissapointing”
My airpods were stolen from the hotel room. A police report was made and investigation is under process. Managetment were helpful but NOT the staff.

“Would recommend this hotel for its location but would appreciate a little more cleanliness.”
The location was amazing, there were lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The main plaza and other sightseeing attractions were in walking distance. The breakfast was really great and they even saved me a plate when I was a little late one morning. The WiFi was amazing.

We arrived via overnight bus at 5:30am and the hotel accommodated us straight away. We also had an early departure and they organised an early breakfast for us. Amazing service - above and beyond

“Great find in Puno”
Great hotel close to the shops, restaurants and main square. The staff were lovely and friendly too. Breakfast was nice. The rooms were spacious and really comfy and had heaters.
