Staff is good, bes isn't so comfortable but good value for money with 2 minutes walking to plaza de armas where you can find tour operators and restaurants around closeby

“Very happy with the stay here thanks to the staff that welcomed us”
The staff member that welcomed us was very friendly and very very helpful. We booked a tour with him the moment we arrived and he took our drinks and put them in a fridge for us.

“Reasonable value for money”
The staff were friendly, they were very helpful providing taxis and tours for reasonable prices. The location is ideal, right near the main square. The breakfast area has lovely views over the city and the lake. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The low cost made it decent value for money.

I booked a single room but got a double room which was pretty big and also had a lot of storage space and strong, hot shower. The staff was very friendly and even let me stay in the lounge the day after when I had to wait for my nightbus to leave.

“Great place for a night”
Good location close to main plaza and restaurant at night, breakfast was good eggs, bread, cheese, ham and tea. Served breakfast at 6:20am so we had time to quickly have it before getting a 7am bus to Bolivia. Good place for 1 night for a stopover
