“Comfortable and very well located”

“A warm, welcoming property that ticked a lot of boxes ❤️”
We loved how clean it was. It felt very homey here and just like a comfortable hotel room (which can be hard to come by). We loved the breakfast: a great variety of food and they also ask whether you’d like different eggs. Ambaro (i hope i’ve spelled that correctly) who was the lady at breakfast was so attentive and always made sure you had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm - with heaters in, however we didn’t really need to use ours as we were on floor five! The lobby area is also comfortable and welcoming with tea available whenever you need. We were also able to store our luggage with no problems for 1 night while we visited the islands

The hotel’s location is excellent, and it offers very good value for money. One of the highlights of our stay was the balcony, which provided lovely views towards the cathedral and added to the charm of the experience. Considering its central setting and the amenities offered, we found it to be a good option overall.

“Very comfortable in a great location”
I really enjoyed the breakfast. I discovered local bread which I stuffed with eggs (there are scrambled, fried and omelette options), fresh fruit, coffee and mate de coca. There was always hot water available for tea in reception.

“Comfortable and quiet”
Nicely furnished hotel, which felt really luxurious after several hostels. Plenty of hot water and a comfy quiet bed. Staff were friendly.

“Some old but gold hotel, would stay again there if I’m In the city”
The hotel was in a good location, between church, the Main Street and close to the harbor. It was a big room with a gigantic window, and the stuff was helpful and friendly. Even when we came back 2 days later in the rain, we were allowed to stay indoor and they keep track of our luggage. The siniora doing the breakfast was super friendly, the breakfast was good and there was a lot of stuff on the menu beside the usual bread and egg. She even made omelette! We longered our stay for a day

“Wonderful stay in Puno with very friendly staff”
We arrived in Puno in the evening after our trip from the Colca Canyon. After a few tiring days, we were very happy to have such a lovely hotel. Our rooms were clean and we had hot water for showering. The reception staff were very friendly. We were also allowed to leave our large backpacks in the hotel’s storage room during our two-day trip to Uros, Amantani, and Taquile. Furthermore, we left our laundry at reception on the first evening, and it was already finished when we returned from Lake Titicaca. What a wonderful feeling! We would especially like to commend Amparo from the dining room; she is a truly warm, helpful, and attentive person. Thanks also to the chef—the breakfast was delicious!
