The location of the hotel is great. It's not near the Titicaca lake but it's on the main square. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Location and friendly staff. They helped me immediately when I needed to see a Dr for altitude sickness. Was also good to have laundry service

Very good breakfast with a lot of options. The staff was very friendly but seemed untrained and had a hard time understanding english. Good beds. Oxygentank in the reception for those guests that come from flat countries.

Rooms were beautiful, large and comfortable. Staff were helpful organising tours, getting us to the bus station early in the morning and allowing us to access the breakfast room before the official time. Location was great.

Really good value for money. Beds were comfortable. The personel was very helpful. And there´a restaurant at the Hotel, which is nice and not that expensive.

Perfect location right on the main square. Nice big room, with a nice big comfy bed. Decent brekkie. Lastly, big shout out for Romario on reception, who was really helpful and always seemed to be there, no matter what the time, day or night - give that man a raise!

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Spoke good English and made an early breakfast specifically for us before we checked out. Great location and they offer a laundry service. Showers instantly very hot and didn’t take 10mins to get hot as they said they might.
