“Perfect Stay”
We got an upgrade to a huge suite, the breakfast is big and delicious, we could leave our luggage for one day, the staff was wonderful, the beds comfortable and the rooms perfectly quiet.

Seems to be a typical hotel with local standard. Rooms are a little outdated but beds are comfortable. Breakfast has some variation and starts at 6:00, which aligned perfectly with our tour on lake titicaca (pick-up at 7:00). Overall, price / value is fair.

The location was good as it's walking distance to the main square. They provided hot water with tea at the lobby. The staff was helpful for printing my visa for the border crossing.

clean and great location. restaurant on site. the hotel and the rooms were excellent. good break included in the price. oxygen available on site if required. despite the issue in the restaurant I would definitely stay again.

“Outstanding Hospitality and Perfect Location”
We encountered a delay and arrived in Puno a day later than planned (in the morning instead of the previous evening). The hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating—they allowed us to have breakfast and even applied a discount to our room rate (the delay was due to protests in the country that caused the cancellation of our scheduled bus). The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring Puno and the Lake Titicaca region. An excellent choice overall!

Great location within easy walking distance of central plaza, museums and restaurants. Lovely room with heater and great shower. Good variety for breakfast and staff very helpful.
