Fabulous location on the walking street, one block from Plaza de Armas. Room was comfortable, good water pressure, hot water, soft towels. Comfy bed and pillows. Good air con. Friendly staff. Happy hour drinks 2x 1 each afternoon. Breakfast the usual, bread , cheese, cold meat, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee tea. Recommended.

Nice vintage style of the hotel, the staff was very helpful to allow us to store our luggage before and after our tour as well as other assistance. The location is a couple of steps away from the main square.

The staff were very nice. When my husband felt unwell they brought oxygen to our room and breakfast in bed. They went above and beyond.

Great location right next to the main square, really friendly staff who helped me organize a trip to the Uros Islands. The breakfast is amazing with good variety, so much better than in other hotels. Fantastic value for money.

The hotel looks amazing inside, sweeping banister and wide staircases. Nice open reception area. Easy access to the lift. Every single member of staff was polite and helpful. They have a 24hr turn around laundry service as well which was great. They always have an earn of coco tea and one of hot water in reception with a selection of teas and coffees that you can help yourself to. Breakfast is really good. A selection of breads, fresh fruits, cereals and hot coffee, as well teas. Also fried or scrambles eggs and some local hot dishes. The rooms were nice and clean, as was the ensuit. There was always hot water and the bathroom products were quite nice. Excellent location.

Very helpful. Stored our bags for 2 days then let us sit in their lobby for hours waiting for our overnight bus.

The staff were so lovely and caring. I developed altitude sickness and they helped provide oxygen, even delivering breakfast to my room. Clean with plenty of hot water. Located extremely close to the main square but not noisy. Exceeded my expectations.

was a heater in the room, very welcome as Puno is very cold at night. The balcony was a nice touch. Only 1 short block to town square.

Value for money, distance from plaza, great restaurants, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, free tea, hot water, excellent rate. No noise (at night) despite being next to the plaza.
