The hotel is very well situated next to central Puno, the rooms are a really good size and very comfortable. The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were great with a wide range of choice.

“Great location, and clean hotel!”
Great location in the centre of Puno. The room was clean and had an electric heater for the cold night. The reception staff was helpful. I also had a really nice massage! Highly recommended!

The room was kinda old, its room floor was uneven and at one point I closed the curtains and they felt off. They did changed me the room though.

The pictures correspond to the reality. Probably the best option in Puno. The staff informed us as we were charged twice and returned the money. In general they were very caring.
