-the breafast was amazing -arrived on Halloween and the staff wore amazing Halloween costumes -the staff at the front desk were friendly and met all of our needs, would like to mention a special thank you to Deisy -really nice comfotable room -loved the atmosphere in the restaurant

“OK hotel”
We always try to book good hotels so I'd expect to rate at 7* or better. This hotel scrapes a 7* rating because it was OK; more because there was nothing much to dislike rather than to like. We took a room with alake view and it was truly a good view of the lake; the room was OK (massive bed) and the breakfast adequate rather than overflowing with choice and quality. We didn't take dinner there so no comment. In summary, everything was OK but no more than that.

“mazing hotel with a stunning view of Lake Titicaca”
The hotel is in a wonderful location with a fantastic view of Lake Titicaca. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The staff was amazing—friendly and always ready to help. There’s also a spa if you feel like relaxing. Both the breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. This was a great experience for us, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

All good but it was so cold in room, toilets, lobby and restaurant We did have one heater but it is not enough. We asked and got the additional heater for the room but that lead to power overload and small explosion of the socket 🤣

We stayed just one night, but the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming –even upgraded our rooms for free. The rooms were welcoming, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. A perfect stopover for a short, pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

“Would return if ever in Puno”
Stayed as a transit between Lake Titicaca and flying off from Juliaca back to Lima. A comfortable room with balcony facing Lake Titicaca. Good hot water supply for showers. Lovely staff who are ready to help for all your needs with recommendations of things to do around Puno, booking taxis into Puno (costs 15 soles each way) and to the airport etc. Good selection for breakfast, classic Peruvian dinner menu.
