“Great location, beautiful house, attentive host”

The property was clean and beautifully kept. all the basic things (toilet paper, kitchen towels, sugar, oil, hand soap, shampoo etc) were available. Parking in front of the entrance. Location wise is great, short walk to the restaurants and supermarket, and walking distance to the beach (10 min to Tia Antonia and 15 to Mar Serena). Quiet residential area, swimming pool is well kept although it would do better with more shade.

“Your home away from home”

This place has all that you need, and more than we expected. We didn't realize we rented an entire house for such a small price. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the amenities you need. The house is modern, well taken care off and stylish. Also big bonus: large mugs to make tea! And when using tap water to make tea: it actually tastes good (if you've traveled Spain and tried to make a cup of tea with tap water, you'll know what I mean...). Parking is available right in front of the door and you can walk from the house to the market, an amazing churros place, several supermarkets and restaurants, the beach - you name it! It's a very family friendly environment with lots of playgrounds in the area and even a pool. We went to visit carnaval in Aguilas and it's just a 15 minute ride from the house. Thank you Roque and Laurance for sharing your home with us. It was the most comfortable stay we had in 3 weeks in Spain!

Amazing house! It was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Short walk to the town/beach. The host kept in touch throughout and was very flexible and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
