“would not do it again”

It was not very clean. I understand that this is a budget hotel, so I did not expect a high level of comfort. However, basic hygiene should always be guaranteed. We did not have any towels upon arrival. After asking, we received two towels, but there were no hand towels or bath mat. After the first shower, the entire bathroom floor was wet. The headboard of the bed had visible stains, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. I could only hope that the mattress cover had been properly cleaned. There was also a carpet in the room that looked like it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. We had a small balcony, but there were two indoor chairs placed outside. This made the whole room feel neglected and gave the impression that it had not been properly checked before our arrival. The general impression of the hotel was not very professional either. Someone who appeared to be the owner was sitting in the lobby in jogging pants and slippers, which did not create a very welcoming or professional atmosphere. Again, I did not expect luxury for the price, but cleanliness and basic hygiene should not depend on the price of a room.

When we came to the room there were no towels. My partner went to the reception ask for some, we were given some dusty towels with marks on them. Also no hot water running in shower or sink. And no one available as the reception closed in meantime. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as the basics wasn't provided.

Location and price was good, but the wifi was not working and stuff didn't stress so much about it

Terrible .I booked for a double room and I was given a single room and I had to go and complain .Stayed there for 3 days there was absolutely no hot water .My first night I arrived at 23:00 and the reception was closed already but I had already paid for the night .I had to book another hotel

Very kind and friendly employees. Super nice and clean what for me is very important. For sure we are going to book this place if we visit this area.

“Nobody was at reception... We had to leave and couldn't use the room, but we got no refund”

We arrived 1.5 hours before their latest stated check time at 10pm and there was no one there. No answer on the telephone either. We left after 40 minutes of waiting. Eventually we got someone on the phone who said they would send some one... By the time we returned there was no one again!!! We then had no option but to sleep rough... They kept the money. Don't go there!
