Right next to the Adriatic Sea, it set in a green area of ancient Pula. All accommodation units provide modern furnishings, an LCD satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Each unit comprises a private bathroom with a shower. The complex consists of residential buildings with various shops, supermarkets, cafés and pizzeria restaurants. A garden with a terrace is at guests’ disposal. Other activities include table tennis, diving and snorkeling. Fort Verudela is at a distance of 500 metres. Pula’s amphitheatre, one of the 6 largest surviving Roman arenas in the world, is a 10-minute drive away. Pula Bus Station is a 10-minute drive from the Verudela Park Plaza.

The beach was covered with large stones, making it uncomfortable to access the sea. The hotel does not even provide complimentary bottled water, which is disappointing for a 4-star property. There was a lot of noise early in the morning due to tree-cutting and maintenance work. The restaurant prices were very high, so we had to go into town to find reasonably priced food. There was also no lifeguard on the beach, which felt unsafe given the conditions. Overall, the hotel did not provide good value for the money, and I do not think it was worth the price paid through Booking.com.

It was really nice staying close to the sea. The stuff was so nice. Our room was upgraded. You could even find supermarket inside their campus. Highly recommended for couples and families.

We visited 2nd week in Sept when children were at school. It was around 25 deg, busy enough to have atmosphere but not overcrowded: for example, there was never any problem finding sun beds in good positions. The pool was a good size, salt water, The bars, restaurants and shops onsite were extremely handy. We booked a premium double with sea view which was roomy and had a terrific sea view from our balcony. There's a lovely walk around Verdula peninsula and another down to the marina. Bus stop 2 hundred yards away which was cheap (2 euros to Pula Old Town another 8 to Rovinj) that ran every 20 mins. Taxi to Pula was 20 euros.
