A nice clean apartment, all equipped, with a little terrace (however you can use the bigger one in the yard). Hosts are super-friendly and supportive. They can give you bikes for free (we didn't use this option). Location is close to peninsula with many beach options (few minutes by car or by bus around the corner). I wish we would stay longer than a day.

We had a great time! The apartment's location is perfect – it's right above the marina, with lots of terraces where you have amazing views of the water. There is an outdoor grill which we used for barbecues several times. You can buy charcoal at the Studenac market, which is close by. Even though we don't own a car, everything was really easy for us. We were very grateful that Karmen let us borrow her bikes for free while we were there. The bus stop is right outside the house, which makes it really easy to get around, especially into Pula city. There are also two Studenac supermarkets very close by, and Lidl is easy to get to by bike for when you need to buy more groceries. We found everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and dinner. We also loved the local vibe: there's a charming café/bar right around the corner and an unbelievably good pizzeria just steps away – seriously, one of the best we've ever had! We could store our luggage safely when we arrived too early and when we left late, which let us to easily enjoy the first and last day of our stay. The apartment itself is beautifully equipped, just as other reviews have said. There was nothing missing. The private apartment had everything you could need, including a washing machine with detergent, an oven, a stove, pots, dishes, a bathroom, a TV, and several terraces. There were also plenty of large towels. Karmen was so friendly! We especially want to thank her for the drinks she left in the fridge and the delicious pancakes she made for us on our last night.

Great location, close to a beautiful beach and all the restaurants. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It's set in a lovely, quiet area—perfect for a relaxing stay. We also had access to complimentary bicycles, which made exploring the surroundings easy and enjoyable. Karmen, the owner, welcomed us warmly and provided plenty of helpful tips and recommendations. She was always available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. As a parting gift, we received a small bag of homegrown lavender—a truly thoughtful gesture. If we ever return to Croatia, we would happily stay here again. Thank you, Karmen!

“A wonderful stay to remember!”

It was our first time visiting Pula and I must say, both the city and the apartment really exceeded our expectations! Karmen is an exceptional host, she really took such good care of us; Wine at our arrival and homemade pancakes (so yummy) before our departure are definitely worth mentioning, but also her always helping as quickly and efficiently as possible- for me that's what makes her stand out! The Red Apartment we stayed in has such a nice and welcoming interior design, also definitely more than enough for two people. The apartment is very clean and the bed is just the comfiest. Lastly, the view both from the outdoor and indoor balcony just speak for themselves. I must warn you though, once you visit Pula and stay at Karmen's, you might definitely want to come back!

Karmen was an excellent host. She greeted us on arrival. Was extremely helpful with information on the local area, such as beaches and restaurants and how to travel to and from Pula city centre on the bus. The apartment is very tastefully presented and equipped with everything you would need. Our departure was early in the morning and Karmen was very kind in providing homemade pancakes for breakfast, which were delicious! Would more than happily stay there again in the future.

Karmen is a wonderful host. She is always ready to help, so don't ask her too much because she is going to say yes! The apartment is super clean and it has everything you need. It's located in a very nice and quiet spot. Easy to get from point to point with WIZI (taxi service app). Quick and cheap (especially if you're a family/group of 3 or 4). Sunsets in one of the multiple spots on cliffs near Hawaii Beach (around Aquarium) are absolutely beautiful. Also, dolphins watch from one of those points is something that you can do after your afternoon sea while waiting for the sunset. To see them is a matter of luck, but just being there watching the sea all alone is so nice and peaceful.

We had an arrival time 4 hours before the check in , in fact we arrived 5 hours before, but Karmen was at the property, the room was ready and we was allowed immediate access. Karmen took time to explain about the property, the lovely common patio area, local restaurants and local transport. The rating comes up 9, but definitely a 9+.

“Relaxing and great views”

The location is situated really good, very close to the bus station and you can go anywhere by bus. Karmen is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment has a great view, is very clean and offers everything you need for a self vacation, including bbq area and a total of three terraces. The free park is also a big bonus.

2 minutes walk to the bus stop that will take you to the city centre or nice beaches, nice and helpful host, air conditioning, grocery store nearby, lots of choices for Wolt/Glovo delivery.

Sorry for the delay in submitting this, but after we left you, I fell n broke my wrist. Karmen was lovely, water n red wine on arrival. Day before we left, home made pancakes supplied, delicious. On leaving, small bag of homegrown lavender n homemade marmalade, would stay there again, if ever in Croatia thank you Karmen. My husband used the bikes at the apartment, free of thank you very much.

Apartment was fantastic. Karmen and her husband were really lovely, and left us drinks in the fridge when we arrived. The apartment had a great view of Marina Veruda from the balcony, and was close to the buses into Pula town. Karmen was really helpful, and gave us lots of great information about the area. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Pula.

Spotlessly clean flat, wonderful host, Karmen is so lovely! The balcony was overlooking the marina, there is a fabulous bougainvillea next to the balcony which is a beauty to the eyes, there is another terrace with a barbecue where you can sit and relax. Parking spaces are available at the property location. Karmen gave us some recommendations when we arrived, she provided us with a map of the area with the nearest beaches and directions how to get to the city centre. I can highly recommend the place!

The apartman was excellent, with all the needed items for a holiday, which are not present in some other places. It was quite big with nice furniture and very good view to the harbor.
