I like the apartment overall. It has all the amenities. It was also very neat and clean. Had a really comfortable stay. On top the landowner were very nice and hospitable. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Alexandra (the owner) was kind, flexible, polite and mindful - she turned on the heating before we arrived without asking. The location is perfect, brand new neighborhood with nice houses, the parking place was roomy. The apartman also brand new, we can say it is immaculate, and of course stylish but nothing exaggerated.

Lovely host, very convenient location - perfect for a sleepover and cooking a nice meal. Kitchen was well equipped, and price was friendly. Extra fluffy blankets were a treasure in a chilly preseasonal night. No car nightmare as in centre of Pula. You could see lots of love has been put into space and tiny details by the owner, such as chocolate Easter eggs. She was also flexible about departure time. Keen to return! ☺️

New appartment, free parking, kind host, great value for money.

We've been met by the owner. It's a brand new, super clean, and spacious apartment with a green plant, and games. Everything was ready for our visit, even bed linen for a child 😊 It has everything you need, a washing machine - didn't use it, and free parking. Yet it's a little bit far from the center. You need to have a car.

the apartment is very clean, enough space for 4 people, with free private parking lot, and good quality of appliances, very new building. definitely recommend if you are not a big fan of old style buildings in Pula

Well, this is the type of apartment which you do not want to leave after the vacation. Everything was perfect. Clean and cosy apartment with all the esenciall amenities and even more. Nice location to explore Pula and other coastal cities e.g. Rovinj. Pula center reachable in 5mins by car, Rovinj ~25mins. All of the popular beaches are also reachable under 30mins. Secure parking is provided in the building complex. Aleksandra is the nicest host I had chance to meet.
