The house was beautiful, everything we needed, Jon the owner was very thoughtful as we where arriving on a bank holiday he asked us to do a shopping list so we had food, our last night there was a storm Jon walked to the house in the rain with candles just in case the power went out. Very accommodating. Will definitely be booking again.

Convenient inclusions in the cupboard. Plenty of places to sit. Good cooker. Friendly helpful host. The lake is very pleasant for swimming.

“Magical. Relaxing. Peaceful and very French”
Jon’s house in the little hameau above Lac de Puivert is perfect! It is really well equipped and a 3 min walk to the lake and Puivert village. The kitchen has everything you need to make use of the fantastic local produce and rustle up great feast which can be eaten outside in the lovely orchard.

The location was perfect, short walk to the lake, beautiful views, garden with lots of plums on the trees, good sized rooms with the master bedroom and lounge area separate from the kids rooms on a lower level, well equipped kitchen. Good communication and welcome from the host.
