“Gorgeous, relaxing and perfect for what we were looking for”
For us it was the perfect location as we were working in the nearby village so it was walking distance. The house was beautiful & very stylish, especially the outside area which was much larger than anticipated & went beyond our expectation. There were so many areas to sit which was lovely. All in all very enjoyable.

“Beautiful house in great location”
Beautiful, spacious house with small wear and tear and in great location. Outside grill area was great bonus. The pool has a childproof fence if needed. Beautiful and fragrant garden where you can enjoy morning coffee while listening to bird songs. There are two great restaurants within 5 minute walk from the house. Mercat Tramuntana is a marvellous breakfast place, but Es Pont employee was super friendly with our two small children, they loved it. The location could not be better. It only takes 30-45 minutes to get to Sóller, Deià, Fornalutx, Valldemossa or Palma by car. Botanicactus is not that far either, a bit longer drive, but it’s worth it.

Great property, Great location, Great host. Villa Roca Verde is one of the best holiday properties we have been staying in. Fully equipped summer kitchen with a big BBQ and a dining table, big swimming pool, the interiors are beautiful and comfortable. A tip: if you are traveling in a low season as we did (late November) you can ask a host to use the fireplace (under the guest's responsibility). Totally recommendable, would really like to come back ;)

Beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor space. Tastefully decorated with all amenities. Would definitely stay again.
