Overview
Just a 2-minute walk from Playa Ancha Beach, this family run beach resort in Galapagos Island boasts an outdoor swimming pool and rooms with views of the garden. Wi-Fi is free. Diving and snorkelling trips are available. The Wooden House Hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the pier. Guests can enjoy different excursions, such as snorkeling, biking, kayaking, hiking and relax under the shade of the palm trees. Rooms at the Wooden House are fitted with air conditioning and feature rustic décor. There are wood furnishings and accents of red. Some rooms have delicate wall drawings. All rooms have work desks and bathrooms with showers. An American breakfast with tropical fruits and treats can be enjoyed daily at the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. The Wooden House Restaurant features local flavours and International cuisine. There are lava rock BBQ facilities. The hotel is a 5-minute drive to Concha de Perla. Bicycle rental can be arranged.

“Great stay. Lovely hotel and a relaxing place to be after a days activities.”
Very welcoming. Great breakfast. Nice room with a huge comfy bed ( we stayed upstairs). We like the communal terrace with its hammocks. Pool is lovely.

Charming family run hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere & a lovely garden with small pool . Staff very helpful and food excellent! Spacious & spotlessly clean rooms. Easy walk to the beach & small bars /restaurants as well as the boat trip meeting points .

“Nice rooms but a little far from the beach and town.”
The manager was friendly, greeted us with welcome drinks. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The maid and waitress were both very friendly.

Good, quiet location half way between Port/Concha de Perla and the town. Clean, comfy, large room with nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly. Good air-conditioning and WiFi.

Its very peaceful place, rooms are clean and big and beatiful ! Its only 5 min. walking to the harbour and to concha de perla - great place for snorkeling and for free !
