We loved it!! Fantastic - the 3 staff members who looked after us were delightful and very helpful. Bags were delivered to our room, we were given a helpful overview for the property, we rented snorkels and flippers ($3 each item). We also met the owner who stopped by to say hello, which was really nice also. The location is excellent, with the beach right on your doorstep. Beautiful sunset from the bedroom. Lovely outdoor seating areas in front of the room also. About an 8-10min walk to Concha Perla and the ferry port. Also an easy flat walk into town to get to the shops, pharmacy and restaurants. Breakfast was fabulous for $10 each - fruit, coffee, eggs, waffle, and muesli with yogurt. Very tasty. They gave us breakfast at 6:40 so we could eat before our Sierra negra horse riding and hike tour. We were also able to leave our bags in the room and have a late check out because they had no one else checking in. The room and bathroom were both very big and comfortable. Having the fly screen meant we could have the sea breeze without bugs which was great. Air con also worked really well. Comfy beds. Hot shower with great pressure. Lots of little things also - plenty of bins, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, nice garden!

Great location, relaxed environment, spacious and clean rooms, good information provided. Isabela is such a special island and this beach house is highly recommended.

“A wonderful beachfront stay with a stunning sunset view, genuinely warm staff, and an unbeatable location”

The location is absolutely fabulous. It’s a short walk from the main pier and only about 10 minutes on foot to the centre of town or the flamingo lagoon. We stayed in the Sunset Room, and the view truly did not disappoint — watching the sun go down from our room was a highlight of our stay. The room itself was perfectly fine and comfortable, and the freshly prepared breakfast each morning was very good. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. Wendy and Melanie were delightful and looked after us so well throughout our stay — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Although there isn’t a fridge in the room, downstairs guests have access to a well-stocked communal fridge with ice-cold beers, other beverages, and cold drinking water, which was very convenient and much appreciated. A lovely, relaxed place to stay in an unbeatable location.

Staff were really lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous location right on the beach. Staff helped us arrange tours last minute. Walking distance from all the local amenities and from the ferry port and concha de perla.

Good location right on the beach, close to restaurants and also not far from Concha Perla which is good for snorkelling. Our room was cute, and we had a balcony with views over the sunset. The staff were very friendly.

We had an amazing time at the Isabela beach house! The location was great directly at the beach and the team was super friendly and supportive. The breakfast was at the beach and super tasty and lovely prepared. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. We also booked our tours in the hotel and they were well organized and we had lots of fun. We recommend the hotel and the team and would like to come back anytime.

Great location a 10 minute walk to Concha De Perla for snorkelling or 10-15 mins to all the restaurants. Great location on the beach.

Absolutely fantastic place. We booked the two-bed room behind the main building but we could enjoy breakfast at the beach and use all the facilities (chairs, tables and loungers) in front of the mainbuilding, so price-performance ratio was perfect for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfy and spatious room nicely decorated! Very nice bathroom and warm shower! Enough hangers in the room and we could dry our stuff on the balcony.

The Beach House was lovely, view over the beach was amazing, very quiet and in a lovely part of town. You could spend months hanging out there! Short walk to the harbour and the town. Wendy was an absolute star, giving us lots of info about the area - she really made the place. Nothing was too much trouble. Her and the team were great and really looked after us. It was good to have a reception key and the 'honesty' bar came in handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was delicious. We would love to return. Isabela was hands down my favourite Island of the three we stayed on.

“Great staff, absolute beach front. Lovely spot by small lagoons”

A lovely place to stay. The owner is extremely helpful and very warmly. The breakfast was sensational, served right in front of our room, at the beach. Within a walking distance - along the beach - you reach small restaurants and various bike rental stations. Snorkeling equipments is available to rent at the hotel. Thank you very much for the great stay.

Fantastic location on the beach, a very short walk from the dock. We strolled across the beach each evening to find a new restaurant to try out. Breakfast was on the beach - very leisurely, with courses brought out one after another, fruit salad, coffee, rolls, eggs made really well, a sweet treat. The receptionist/manager was so lovely and helpful, always smiling. We had asked for twin beds and that request wasn't passed on by the website, but while we were out on our first full day the maintenance team came in and moved out the double bed to a different room, replacing it with twin beds - so that we could keep our rooms next to each other with a shared balcony overlooking the sea. They really went the extra mile to make it perfect. We could have stayed a month. They were also helpful in working out what activities to do. The whole experience was incredibly restful, swimming before breakfast and again before dinner, exploring, reading. We could have happily stayed on for much longer.
