Mike was such a nice guy, very helpful with every question I had. He helped me with booking the tours and a bike for a trip to the wall of tears. Location is good and I was very happy with the price. Would totally recommend.

Great hostel with private rooms and shared spaces. The hosts were incredibly helpful in organising trips at the best price, giving advice and fixing issues (WiFi wasn't working and got fixed in minutes). Unlimited water refill and large kitchen. Great AC in the room.

“Lovely place in paradise”

It was a quit place with a kitchen, amazing hosts and a sweet dog as a bonus. Everything was absolutely clean and the hosts gave amazing tips and helped me out with a problem with one of the agency's as well. I would always come back to this place!

On the morning of my departure, I had to be at the harbor very early. The evening before, I asked Mike to arrange a taxi for me for the next morning. He assured me that he would take care of it and asked me to be ready by 5:00 AM. I got up especially early to be on time and prepared to catch the taxi. However, no taxi arrived. I was left standing alone with all my luggage, with no one around to assist me. I messaged Mike, and although he read my message, he chose not to respond. He never got back to me at all. This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

You share the property with a lovely family- the daughter speaks english and is super super nice. They even offered me a free cake as a welcome gift. They have a shared kitchen and the wifi is good too. Would overall recommend!

“Quite kittle place”

This small hostwl is run by a sweet young couple who would make any effort to help you get the best holiday. The place itself is quite, slightly off the town centre (nothing is really far here). As the owner is also a tour guide, recommendations are professional. The kitchen

We liked the spacious private room, the very cheap price and the helpful staff. AC and free water. Nice hot water shower. Laundry was done within two hours. Extra blanket was delivered immediately. Kitchen was definitely ok.

Super friendly staff always there to help out with any issue. Also willing to go above and beyond with helping booking tours and other accomidation if full. They also have a lovely dog that loves attention. great place for budget backpacking. Also provide free water.

Amazing hosts who were so warm and welcoming, and helped us book tours and gave us great recommendations during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the shared kitchen was well-equipped and the house is in a convenient location. The two lovely pets were a bonus too! Definitely recommend staying at Mike’s.

Michael is such a cool dude and a really good host. He helped me a lot and gave me baby recommendations of what i could do on the island. He will also help you book the tours. Mike also does surfing lessons and has camping gear which you can rent for a few nights in the Highlands. Would definitely recommend!

Spent over a week here but wish I could have stayed longer, was sorry to leave. Mike was welcoming, pleasant and helpful (speaks good English too). Kitchen had everything I needed. Felt homely. Liked it a lot.

Sound bloke. Lovely stay. Can easily book trips. At a minimum I’d recommend hiring a bike to go to the wall of tears only $10. Snorkelling in Isla tortuga is great. The other trips it depends what you’ve already seen and where you’ve been.
