Excellent hotel, clean and tidy. Excellent shower. Polite and pleasant staff who speak English. They take care of transportation and provide a detailed explanation of every question. Highly recommend

I absolutely hated the whole experience and the stay. The place is super outdated, the rooms are small and dirty and not enjoyable at all.

ROOM 13 - It was difficult to sleep because of the extremely bright light directly outside the window and the blind was useless. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower screen is nearly falling off, I am 5’3” tall and could only just sit on the toilet without hitting my knees on the wall, and the room was unclean. After one night I asked to move. ROOM 21 - the stench from the toilet was awful. Initially the bathroom door was closed and the windows opened but once the door was open, the smell spread. There was no water at all from the hot water tap in the shower and even though I told the staff the day before going on tour all day, but they made no effort to fix it or give me a new room.
