Our room had a sea and a lagoon view so we woke up and could see the flamingos in the lagoon. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked the room with the flamingos view and it was amazing. Breakfast is abundant and good. When we have arrived, there was a lady who didn't speak so well English. We booked two tours the day after and she didn't manage to help. After his colleague has started the shift and he was so helpful, he solved the issue in 2 minutes. I am very sorry I forgot his name but I hope to always find a so helpful and client oriented receptionist as him. The tour to Los Tuneles booked through the hotel was the best tour we had in all Galapagos.

We had a great stay in La Laguna in Isabela. The location is lovely. Both our room and the breakfast area faced the flamingo lagoon so we could watch the flamingos directly over breakfast. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. The hotel organized the ferry ticket for us from Santa Cruz and even picked us up at the pier. All for just the price of the ferry ticket (30$ per person). We also booked the Los Tuneles Tour with them and had a great time.

Very nice staff, helped us organize a tour to Tintoreras and ensure our transportation between Isabela and Santa Cruz. Evenetually we met one of they guys while walking to Wall of tears and he offered us ride to bring us closer (Very nice of him). A/C was good, room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, location is great next to laguna with flamingos and in walking distance to all interesting places. Pool is also great. Drinkable water available all day long.

Large bed, comfortable room with A/C, seating area, modern bathroom. Our room had a balcony with comfy seats and a table, overlooking the laguna. Excellent breakfast served and also breakfast box available on request.

The location was very good — close to a beautiful beach, nice restaurants, the town centre, and other beaches within walking distance. Our room had a lovely view over a pond with flamingos, and it was beautifully decorated for our anniversary. The staff were very friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. They helped us organise tours, laundry service, bicycle rental, and also assisted with online payment without charging an extra card fee, which is often common in the country. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed, air conditioning, and mosquito screens on the windows. Drinking water coolers were available in the corridors, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a small pool with a shower nearby.

“Amazing hospitality and care – highly recommended!”

We were a group of 5 and were deeply impressed by the hospitality at Hotel La Laguna. They surprised us with a complimentary shuttle from the pier upon arrival and even took us back the next day. A special thanks to Emanuel for being so kind and professional. After a difficult road accident we had experienced earlier, he allowed us a late check-out, which was much needed. While two of us did the Sierra Negra trekking, the rest of the group could rest according to medical advice. The staff was incredibly caring and the service was 10/10. Thank you for making a tough situation so much better!

Great location, very accommodating staff, comfortable room, great service and great price

We stayed at Hotel La Laguna for three nights. We loved our stay here. The hotel is located in a great area. The hotel is across a beautiful pond with pink flamingos. Very beautiful in the early morning and sunset. The hotel has a small pool you can chill out in. The breakfast was really good and there is a free tea and coffee stand 24/7. The team that works here is great. At the reception there is an amazing young man named Emmanuel Rocafuerte. He is the best asset here. Emmanuel is patient, always smiling, willing to help on every request and question. He helped us book an attraction to tentoneras, a ferry, a taxi and helped with recommendations. He is here all the time and one can see that besides his sociable nature he is very professional and takes his job seriously. But most of all he works with his big heart and everything is done with a smile, patience and in a pleasant way.

“Good stay - excellent staff”

Good location and view of the laguna. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We ended up booking a couple tours through their recommendations and were not disappointed. Made me up a packed breakfast due to early morning volcano trek which was good of them.

The huge bed! We were spoilt for the rest of our Galapagos island hopping with our room at La Laguna.

Location super close to the main beach, allowed to go for a dip in the sea in swimming suit with a only your sandals & towel, and in front of the Laguna, to snap flamingos when they appeared.

We loved the room and location which looked directly on to the Flamingo Lagoon and was only a couple of minutes walk to the town and beach. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Kevin and Manuel at reception booked our trips, transfers and ferries which were all good value too. They were more than helpful in many aspects too. A massive thank you to them both! The breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were beautifully cleaned daily.

Great acomodation. Nice view to a lagoon with flamingos. You can use pool and jaccusi. Really helpful staff, they help us to book a tours and tickets for a ferry. It was even cheaper than through travel agency. Taxi to the pier was included. Thanks very much for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed this island, it is very peacful.
