Overview
Beachfront property in Puerto Viejo. Villas Serenidad offers accommodation with free WiFi. Upper floor Villas offer Ocean Views just 40 meters away overlooking the garden. Lower floor Villas offer a Garden Views of the manicured landscape that leads to the beach. All our Villas have Kitchens with toasters, coffee makers, stove tops and refrigerators. Air conditioning is available in the lower units. Secure parking is available on the property.

“Make yourself a great treat and book Serenidad!”
It offers an excellent place to relax, intimacy, rest, be in touch with the pure nature. The staff, Jared and Obed are the best managers ever, nice and friendly, always welcoming and ready to help, but yet professional and discrete. Beach is just few steps from the house, showers outside, beautiful garden, kitchen is equipped, laundry washing available, property is perfectly safe.

The best place to stay! The place was great and well equipped, we loved the kitchen outside and a hammock. The beach is literally a few steps away. The staff was very nice as well. Would totally recommend!

“OCEAN VIEW”
We stayed in one of the bungalows (three in total) in the upstairs unit with a large balkony and ocean view. All very charming with the dark wood. Wonderful shower an the little kitchenette allowed us to make breakfast and small meals to consume at the outdoor dining table. The bed was extremely comfortable. Secure parking was available and the location is great for many activities in the area.

We also recommend the structure thanks to the friendliness and availability of Jonathan, the person in charge of the welcome and all your needs. The garden is also beautiful. “Beautiful, relaxing and very comfortable”
I can’t recommend Villas Serenidad enough! My boyfriend and I stayed in the garden view apartment and we loved it. The staff are very responsive, apartment was clean and the area (the garden) is beautiful - full of fireflies after dark! We were welcomed by Fabian who was very helpful. The villas are close to town but very tranquile. We would definitely return to the place. It’s beautiful! Keep in mind that there can be some noice coming from upstairs if you’re staying in the lower level apartments. It didn’t bother us as we’re early risers but something to consider for the light sleepers :)

“Home away from home”
We've loved every moment of our time at Villas Serenidad! The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous, I could look at it all day, and for a couple of days did! It really is a place to come a relax, enjoy the ocean and the wildlife. The villa is really well put together, has everything you need for a self catered stay. Lovely walk into town on the beach, the black sand is so unusual and beautiful! As cat lovers we loved the resident kitties, one of which we wanted to sneak away back to the UK! It really is a little paradise in Costa Rica.
