Overview
Offering free Wi-Fi connection in common areas with free tea and coffee, this property is located amid tropical forests in Puerto Viejo facing the Caribbean Sea. It also has an outdoor pool. Namuwoki’s accommodations feature ceiling fans and are elegantly decorated with a modern minimalistic style and wooden floors. The bathrooms provide toiletries and have showers. Mosquito nets are available and each bungalow has a small terrace. The on-site restaurant serves international and local dishes, we have a variety of salads, steaks, seafood, pasta, vegetarian dishes and special gluten feed. we loved how it was surrounded by nature, nice and quiet. the location was great for relaxing and going to the beach, with great restaurants nearby and not to far from Puerto Viejo in taxi. we stayed in the original room we booked but it was by the reception and was a last minute booking. but we asked if there was any better rooms with air conditioning. the staff was brilliant and after 1 night they moved us to a new lodge nearer the pool area. also they new it was our honeymoon and gave us a bottle of champagne and flowers on the bed. all in all great hotel and stay.

Very nice and quiet place just outside Puerto Viejo. Staff is very friendly and there is a secure parking.. The cabins are beautifull and have a nice view on the forest. Nice and extensive breakfast.

We stayed in the standard room and it was really small for 2 people, same goes for the bed. If there is vacancy in the hotel do yourself a favor and take any other room then the standard one.

The location of this lodge is literally in the middle of the jungle, even if very close to the main road. The flora and fauna are absolutely amazing: you can spot (and hear) numerous birds, howler monkeys (luckily they stayed quite high up in the trees), etc. The lodge itself is huge, very well maintained, very clean and overall super comfortable. I was impressed at how clean the whole area was, given the wind, leaves constantly falling etc. The lodge also has a swimming pool, massage facilities and a restaurant, so one does not even have to travel for long to get access to mostly everything. There is also a small supermarket at 5 mins walking distance, and there are also some other restaurants within walking distance, which is great.

Good breakfast, nice prices for dinner. The working people there are amazing, we had an issue with a room and they change us to a better one in a few hours.
