We really enjoyed our stay at El Jardín. The place is clean, comfortable, and surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful garden. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the location is great for exploring the area. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hosts were really helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Stayed in Casa Chiqueta which was perfect and had everything we needed.

It had everything we needed, even though it was far from luxurious. The Wi-Fi was okay, which is not guaranteed in Puerto Viejo. The hosts were amazing! Made you feel very welcome!

I stayed in a little Casita and it was super comfortable, clean, quiet, and great wifi! I work from home and I was very happy to have stable wifi as it is hard to find sometimes in the caribe. Maria was an absolute sweetheart and very kind, and helpful. The owners also were great with communicating and respond to my needs. Beautiful place, will stay again :)

Location was fantastic.. Own garden, lots of wildlife, the hosts Paolo and Romina were brilliant, informative, friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything.. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and puerta viejo restaurants and shops a 5 minute drive... A very enjoyable, relaxing stay

An absolute gem surrounded by nature!

It was in a great location, very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly, communicative and gave very good recommendations for the town.

The Location was clean, well equipped and close to the beach! Going to the beach is like a 3 minute walk. (I recommend to go to cahuita by car as well, it’s like a 15 minute drive and the beach + national park are beautiful). The host was super friendly and really cared about us! Loved it!

Beautiful cabin and lovely little hammock and kitchen. My girlfriend was unwell during our time here and it was a really nice place to rest and get better. The bathroom was also very nicely fitted and clean

Very friendly communication and warm welcome by the owners who also gave us many great tips on things to do and where to eat. Sweet bungalow and beautiful gardens. Walking distance to the beach (Playa Negra 5 min) and Puerto Viejo (20 min). Very clean. We can strongly recommend this place!

Maria was a fantastic host! Even though she couldn't speak English and I have very basic Spanish, she was really patient and used Google translate to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was lovely and right in the jungle! It was really nice to have an outside kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed. A walk / bike ride away from the nicest beach in Puerto Viejo!
