We liked the large balcony we could sit out and have breakfast outside. We even saw a sloth from the balcony, a bat and a iguana. ; The room was a good size, comfortable sette, it was a 20 minute walk to town or you could get the bus easily to town and the beaches. It was a 5 minute walk to playa negra. The owner supplied a brand new microwave and kettle on request. There was an outdoor 2 burner hob you could cook food outside adjoining the kitchen.

Well equiped appartement, comfort bed, spacious, equiped kitchen. Instruction for arrival was sent few days before arrival, everything was clear, keys were stored in locker at the entrance. Beach within 2-3 min walk, shop just next to appartment.

“Friendly Staff”
Nice apartment on the highway to Puerto Viejo (Playa Negra, Limon) which makes it easily to reach by Car. The staff were friendly and nice to help us out with questions.

“Good handy location, fully equipped suite but road noise kept us awake.”
The unit was easy to access, great parking, good wifi, good A/C, great kitchen facilities, comfortable bed. Good blackout curtains and hot water. Good communication from the owner/host. It was a short (10-15 minute) walk to the town of puerto viejo. police station and little market store were close by.

Photos look great. The room was great, but all rooms face the busy street about 15 ft away. It got pretty noisy early am.
