Very personal treatment, it seems that the staff really cares for your wellbeing. We had a room with lots of light. There is extreme traffic when school starts, but therest of the day it's quiet. The breakfast ist prepared with love, first they put a small portion, but you can ask for more and get everything, they try to make you happy without additional cost.

The location was very good and we managed to park outside. The staff were very friendly and the resident dog was cute

“A very stylish small hotel”
What a fabulous little hotel, it was beautifully decorated, had very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast, plus we loved the elderly dog who was happy to have a few pats

“Fabulous hotel in quiet area of Puerto Varas”
This hotel feels like you are staying in a cosy, warm home. The owner Marissa is so welcoming and caring. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is only a 5-10 minute walk down into the busy area of town, which is ideal as it’s located in a super quiet residential area. The breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommend!
