“Nice place for fair price approx. 25min walk from the city centre.”
I had better room then originally booked with orivate bathroom which was nice. Also the airport shuttle for 15k CLP from Puerto Montt was very fair. Breakfast was delicious and slightly vary every morning. The bed was comfy.

I had a great stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly—honestly some of the nicest people I’ve come across during my travels. The owner, Javier, is a real gem and makes you feel very welcome. Every morning you’re served a proper breakfast, which is a fantastic way to start the day. You’ll definitely leave the table full and satisfied. The bedrooms are excellent—comfortable, well-made beds and well-equipped rooms. There’s good access to bathrooms and showers, and hot water is always available. There’s also a good kitchen for anyone who wants to cook their own meals. It’s well stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, and glasses, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your own food. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay with a warm atmosphere and great hospitality. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in Puerto Varas.

Friendly host made me comfortable at breakfast and was v helpful in arranging my day tour to Osorno and Petrohue. Comfortable private room and clean shared bathroom. Based in a quiet neighborhood, 30 minutes walk into town.

“Book a normal hotel in this city, costs the same and you get what you booked.”

The price is lower than other options in the city but is not justified by the service (small rooms, one bathroom shared by at least 4 rooms).

Basic but comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners and one of the more affordable stays in Puerto Varas. Not very central but you can still walk to the centre. Was able to use the kitchen and the breakfast was left out extra time, very nice.
