“Modern, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need!”
Really great, modern and comfortable place. We would have loved to stay longer because we felt so at home! There was really everything you need: a super comfortable bed, a balcony, cozy living room, nice and clean bathroom and a super clean and well-equipped kitchen. The house is very modern and located in a safe area close to the centre of Puerto Varas. There are some good restaurants very close by! (e.g. Quintal, Bravo Cabrera, Inca Pecador...) Payment can be done via a safe weblink (webpay.cl). (Note: Don't get confused when you are told to "omit" decimals when entering the payment amount: This is apparently quite usual in Chile, e.g. instead of 300100,45 CLP you just transfer 300100 CLP without the decimals of _,45). The swimming pool is a nice little extra but not very special. Note that the swimming pool has certain working hours and you need a swim cap. We didn't see any people from HOM directly, but communication via whatsapp and with the concierge of the building went fine. We always felt very safe in the building and the concierge was very nice.
