The hotel is beautifully situated, with a café next to the reception with lake and (on a clear day) the volcano view . It's a bit far from the main streets of Puerto Varas indeed , but that's a plus. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available on site, all very tasty and at a good price. 🙂

Exceptional modern hotel with western standards. Comfy rooms (not super big but totally reasonable). Hot swimming pool open until 11pm with view of the town and volcano was a highlight. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs is delicious. Helpful reception. Available parking. Thank you!

Nice view to the city, quiet area although a bit far from the center, good shower and comfortable bed. Complimentary coffee and biscuits.

Very clean, modern, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Parking. Handy location within 5-10 minutes walk of Puerto Varas centre. Nice restaurants nearby. We had 2 bedroom apartment with small kitchenette and fridge (Rhododendro) on the 1st floor.

Dein Haus Hotel is a very cozy little hotel. It is a bit away from the town Center, but it wasn't an issue to us. Very clean and nice. We would definitely return.

The view is very nice , the way the hotel is set up is nice . Some renovation of the rooms would be needed.

Great view of the city waterfront as it sits atop a hill. The main living room was very spacious and surrounded with glass windows. Nice to be on the second floor so we could take advantage of that view and not have to keep curtains drawn for privacy. The ground floor apartments would not have the view. Heated by wood stove, and wall heaters in the bedrooms that came on around 11:00. Woodstove was easy to light (discovered later that the wood had been dipped in a magical lighting fluid which i suspect was diesel). Very clean, check in was friendly and easy. Consistent water pressure and heat in the showers! There is a large dining space upstairs that you have full access to, so if you were so inclined you can bring your food/take-out to that space. Pool wasn't open because we were there later in the fall, but hottub was. About a 15 minute walk down the hill to the waterfront area. A small store 200M away at the street corner sells wine, beer, and baked goods -- super convienient.

Big panoramic windows with lake and volcan view. Comfort bed, heating and warm shower. The hotel is clean, within walking distace from city center.
