Stayed in a dorm room and it was a really great set up-easy access plug sockets for everyone, lockers, individual lights and everyone was respectful. Tidy and clean hostel with a very good kitchen area. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, plus lovely cats and dogs! Really nicely designed hostel. Rooms are comfortable and common areas are clean and spacious. Kitchen is particularly good with all the cooking utensils you could need. Walking distance to the centre of town and in a quiet area.

I like everything special the kitchen area , it was really clean, and dinner area was very comfortable to be there..the bathroom also was clean This a quiet house ideal for rest and relax. The staff was very friendly they tried always help

100% recommend! Beautiful house with comfy rooms, hot shower, friendly staff, clean kitchen, cute dogs. They also let us store some luggage and use the common rooms until our bus in the evening.

What a super place! Homely, super clean shared spaces, cosy wooden building, good kitchen facilities, nice area easy to walk to town and restaurants. We had the new cabin in the garden which is modern, clean and a really nice space.. Excellent shower and comfortable bed.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful with accommodating any requests that I had, including allowing me to extend my stay. Excellent communal and kitchen space. Very good value for money. Good location, within a 5 min walk of the town centre and all the shops/restaurants.

The host was extremely kind. This was my first time in a foreign country and in a hostal, they were more than helpful, and went an extra mile accomadating me. The hostal had a very nice vibe and a welcoming social scene. I would recommend this to anyone going to Puerto Varas!

It's a lovely hostel, has a cute garden with pond and outdoor tables to chill. Has a good sized kitchen and common area space. My bed was comfy. There is sometimes a wait for a shower on an evening as there were only 2 out of the 3 working and also as i was in a mixed dorm had to wait for one of these to be free to change clothes. This hostel was quiet, staff friendly and a good location. I would definately stay here again.

Very well organised. Initial impression was of lots of rules but it worked well and was necessary in a hostel setting.

I have stayed in many, many hostels over my years of travelling (I'm now 61 years old!) and can genuinely say this is one of the best. It is clean, well organized, has lovely communal areas (with relaxing music), but most of all the father and son who are running really care.
