Very traditional and rustic property, in Mexican style. Lots of palm trees to keep the place fresh and green, with direct access to the beach and 6 swimming pools. Nice apartment.

Beachfront, lovely gardens. Had a nice ocean view. Swimming pools are great. On-site resto has nice food and drinks. Room was comfortable. Big king bed, AC, fan etc. Fridge and coffee maker. Nice balcony. Easy ride to town by bus close by.

“Not for solo”

The resort was huge - much bigger than expected and right on the beach. You do not have to walk far to get to the beach if that is what you are after. You can walk for miles up and down the beach but there will be a lot of sellers to deal with. Resort is the size of a small town really. There are more than enough swimming pools to go around and the room was lovely and well appointed. Grounds are well looked after. There are tennis courts but I never saw anyone use them. The kitchen and ammenities were great. Huge shower! The view was exceptional and the sunsets were awesome. Just crazy beautiful. The grocery store across the street was great to have and lots of shopping in the mall itself. Nice to stock up on drinks and snacks and have them in the fridge. Coffee maker, toaster and blender here along with cookware. I liked the pelicans and other birds and little lizards. Wish there was more wildlife although this place has more trees than most places on the beach which is good - as most of the natural beauty of the beach has been overdeveloped into Americanized oblivion. The sound of the waves in the morning and at night when it is quieter is awesome.

Apartment was great, clean and plenty big for all of us. Location was lovely. Quiet but also an easy uber to everything. Pools were all super kids friendly

Perfect location and beautiful grounds. The staff were friendly, the pools and beach were gorgeous and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We loved it!

Everything was perfect and good value for money however some of the women working in reception were very rude and gave awful customer service to say the least.

The grounds are big and there are several pools. It's right by the beach which is beautiful. The waiters were friendly.

“Perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the silence and the pools”

Los Tules was an extremely relaxed and silent place of retreat for couple of days. The best asset were the beautiful, well-maintained gardens and very views from the balcony. We all, and especially our six years old enjoyed greatly the lovely swimming pools with nice and warm water. The ocean had pretty wild waves right in front of the condo, but there was a calmer beach within five minutes walk. Our room was kept very clean and tidy, and the kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. There was a big Soriana supermarket just on other side of the road, so we also used the kitchen a lot. Shower had good flow and warm water. Also the restaurant Café Chapultepec is worth visiting, as it offers tasty dishes and broad menu for reasonable prices. The whole personnel at Los Tules was very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. I can easily recommend the place for families with children, and other people, too. Muchas gracias a todos en Los Tules.

Nice place, with a nice pool, and beach access. It's fairly close to the airport, but it's a little ways from the boardwalk and zona romantica. I enjoyed seeing the iguana outside the window in the palm tree the last day of our stay.
