“Fabulous place to stay in PV”

Wonderful place. Location, service, comfort, value - everything was fabulous.

The apartments are quite unusual and luxurious. They are all catered for. We had 3 different rooms during our stay, 2 with our own private pool. It's right in front of the beach which is really nice.

The staff were fantastic couldn’t have done any more for me. The room was amazing, great views right across from the beach. Photos actually aren’t as good as it looks in real life!

Excellent location on the beach, close proximity to restaurants and downtown area, we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which was spacious with an amazing sunset view! We only stayed for 1 night which was our last in Puerto Vallarta, but we will be back for a longer stay.

“Awful. Ruined our honeymoon. We left.”

We arrived early (I had checked that an early check-in was OK, they said yes.) We had the downstairs apartment on the left side. When we went into the room, we found dust and hair on all of the soft furnishings (including pubic hair), stains on the sheets and on the sofa, and a viagra pill on the sofa. There was no soundproofing so we could hear the constant music from the bar next door (felt like being in a club) and no privacy. We had come here to celebrate our honeymoon, and I had told the hotel this. I can’t understand why they didn’t suggest I book a more private room when I made the booking, given that we were there on our honeymoon… Unfortunately, when I took my concerns to the manager, he did nothing. Essentially implied it was our fault that the room wasn’t clean because we’d asked for an early check-in. The area itself felt super seedy, with lots of men outside offering us drugs. Because of the state of the room, the noise and lack of privacy, I asked to have some of the money refunded so we could stay elsewhere. The hotel refused, even after I put a viagra pill on the desk in front of them. I asked if they could put us in a new room and they sound shocked I’d asked for it (I will also say that our hotel in Mexico City upgraded us to a private suite when they found out it was our honeymoon, so it is doable, these guys just didn’t want to do that.) I can’t understand why they are suggesting this place is some sort of ‘retreat.’ It is SO noisy, the beach is crowded, the pool is more like a fountain. Oh, they also say the rooms are soundproofed (lies, we had single glazed French doors and big drafty holes around the main door). It was so bad that we felt we had to leave. A whole week worth of our honeymoon wasted because they were too greedy to refund two honeymooners even just 50% of what they’d paid.

“Huge apartments, very comfortable stay”

Wow this apartment really surprised us. First of all, it was enormous! And the view was beautiful. It had everything we needed for a really comfortable say. Bedrooms and beds were huge, and very comfortable. Lots of privacy with 2 bed 2 bath. The property itself was fantastic.

Accommodating three couples, our 3-room villa was spacious and well-appointed. The air conditioning in each bedroom was a godsend, providing a comfortable retreat from the warm Puerto Vallarta days. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves outside our windows was a truly magical experience. Our private balcony, complete with a pool, became our favorite spot to unwind. The breathtaking views of the sunset over the ocean made every evening a picture-perfect moment. The combination of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty at Vallarta Shores exceeded our expectations. The sky suite was amazing, perfect for our group of friends. The view, the pool, and the whole living area was incredibly accomodating. The rooms were clean and quite large. The staff who cleaned our rooms were so sweet & kind and the chef, Raul, was the highlight of the trip for all of us, amazing food! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
