Was not loud as it was 3 blocks away from the malecon. Nice view from the upper floor. Pool looked a bit milky cloudy. Check in instructions where clear and helpful. There was no personal we can say something about

Took a while to find as it's not on a "regular" street. Near a great restaurant.
