Reservations ensure a room at the top and the back of the hotel. “Out of sight, out of mind”!!! Not the first time at this hotel, even tho most rooms on the 2nd as well as the 3rd floor were empty!!!

Fairly quiet part of PVR, Airco in the room, Nice building. Friendly staff. Felt safe, a lot of good restaurants nearby. Open bathroom and very little space when your on the toilet (okay that sounds weird...but my knees were against the wall when sitting I'm 6+ft)

Self catering. In the back streets away from the main areas but a very easy walk to the beach, bars, shops and tourist area. Safe, well lit area. Cobbled streets. Room cleaned daily, towels changed and bed made each day, never once had to request fresh towels or sheets. Free use of a safe in the room. Ceiling fan above the bed. Full size gas cooker and decent size fridge freezer. Plenty toilet roll and topped up daily.

Very helpful staff. Upgraded facilities since my last visit. Good location

The staff were very friendly and diligent. The hotel is very well run. The roof top terrace with great views of Puerto Vallarta is a very nice place to spend time and meet other guests.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Zona Romantica, close to restaurants, bars, and a 10 min. walk to the malecon. The hotel is clean, stuff is nice. Absolutely worth the money. There is a person 24/7 in the hotel, even if I came home at 3 or 4 am, I just knocked and got let in immediately.

The hotel was located on a quiet side street in a pleasant part of Puerto Vallarta and was close to everything.
