“Great location and well cared for!”

The location was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was lovely having outdoor seating for rest breaks from the heat! The room was so clean and refreshed every day!

Very basic, but had all the esential amenities. Helpful, friendly staff in the hotel itself and in the restaurant (which offered good food and beverages). Loved that there was a little library available and the pool was very fresh and clean (not full of chemicals!) Loved being 1/2 block from the Malecon, right in between Centro and Zona Romantica, and 1 block from the entrance to La Isla Cual.

Excellent staff. The air conditioners kicked butt, better than my other pricier hotel room. Very comfy beds.

Staff were lovely and the mango margaritas at the bistro were amazing! The room was very large and had access to a balcony from which a small view of the ocean was possible.

The location was convenient to the Malecon (boardwalk)and provided lots of interesting people watching. The soundproofing from the street was AMAZING and when we closed the door to the balcony, the street noise disappeared. The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. The front desk staff was helpful and kind.

My second time here. The location, room, and service from the staff were great. I also liked how comfortable the bed was and the soundproofing of the room. You cannot hear your neighbours through the walls, which is amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The hotel is so well located, very close to the beach and zona romantica.

Breakfast. Coffee, tea were very good. Did not have dinner, prices were a bit high. Had drinks at happy hour, they were ok, pina coladas were light on the rum. I know, rum is expensive in Mexico. The margaritas were better.

Really can't beat the location and price. Room was good, bed was comfy, and I enjoyed the restaurant.

Location close to Romantic district, the ocean promenade, having the pool, the restaurant, good size room and a balcony (room 109) has glimpses of the ocean 🌊

Our room was spotless, and we loved being just a block away from the boardwalk—it made everything so convenient. A big shoutout to the staff for being incredibly kind and friendly. Five stars for their amazing customer service!

l never ate there. l like eating from the vendors. lts also much cheaper. l liked the friendly staff. Wonderful room service! The rooms were cleaned beyond expectation every day. example; sheets were changed very often, floor washed every day, everything wiped down. l liked the unlimited free safe water. Cute swimming pool area. The very best features for me was being 1 block away from the malicon and it being a very safe place even at night because l am an elderly woman travelling by myself. Book exchange in the common area was a treat.
