The location, staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. It was nice to have the pool to cool off in. The hotel met with our expectations.

“Fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel.”
The best part of our stay was the staff our housekeeper was wonderful. I think her name was Marta. we were ont he second floor. I would go back just because of her and her wonderful perdonality.

“Good hotel in the Zona Romántica”

Accolades to Jesus. Always smiling and willing to help me with key cards, light bulbs and luggage. All the staff are pleasant and hard working! I have mobility challenges so Roger's central location made it easy for me to access restaurants and the Saturday market. This is my first time back at Roger in many years. Love the addition of the sun canopies and murals.

“Perfect location”
Location was perfect. Hotel is very clean. All the flowers are beautiful. Restaurant was excellent. Overall an amazing stay!

Superb location, very helpful and caring staff - arranged food for us when there were shortages and felt very safe within. Price was in line with area, family owned and restaurant next door was affordable and very high quality.

“Posada de Roger -- January 2026”
Location for walking distance to the Malecon, Los Muertos beach, restaurants, high end to street tacos and staff responsive; lock malfunctioned and maintenance man came immediately to repair. Cleaners and maintenance staff always working hard. Price is for the location. Room had TV with internet and Netflix, etc. (Internet is spotty in Zona Romantica). Lovely clay tiled roofs, tile floors -- some updating would be good, but it's OK. Hot water plentiful and access to bottled water. 4th floor communal kitchen with fridge. We stayed in 416 (had own kitchen, fridge & water). Would have liked a balcony. Gardens lovely and Mexican feel wonderful. Free use of lockbox off front desk, too. And beach towels and hairdryer, too. Arranged for tour tickets with Rosy at front desk, too. Lots of people love this Hotel.
