Overview
Located on the beachfront in Old Puerto Vallarta, the Emperador Vallarta Beachfront Hotel and Suites offers a beach club with umbrellas and beach towels. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Decorated in light colours, rooms at the Emperador Hotel and Suites provide cable TV and air conditioning. Some suites offer kitchenettes and views of the ocean. The Si Señor Restaurant & Beach Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can dine on the beach or have a drink in the Terraza bar. “Puerto Vallarta has perfect weather in winter except for air quality which has some haze and smog.”
Perfect beachfront location with best view in the city. Quiet location at night. Very close to restaurants. We were able to upgrade our room because of cancellations due to the Cartel attacks on February 22. Much appreciated. Too bad so many visitors listened to the very exaggerated news broadcasts. Tourists and residents were never targeted and in fact were protected so as to avoid any retribution.

“Good hotel with a nice view”
Proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach is definitely a plus. Plus the room that I got moved to had a much better view that the one I started in. The bed was large and room was generously sized, with good facilities such as Air Con and a desk and a sofa. The rooftop spa and area and view is very nice. The house keeping staff are friendly.

“Great location”
The suite overlooking the beach was great. The balcony with a kitchen table gave us an opportunity to sit with our family and enjoy the view. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.

“Terrible I checkout out immediately”
I checked out immediately and went to a different hotel. Room right off the street, via an exterior gate, dirty terrace with garbage and bird poop. Stinking hot. I asked about drinking water and was told to go to the OXO next door. This place is shabby, run down at at $343 outrageously price for a one star hotel. It had a rusty fridge inside, propped open. Just yuck! Run, don’t walk
