Overview
This all-inclusive resort is located directly on the beach in Puerto Vallarta. The family friendly resort offers a water park, full-service spa and 3 fine dining restaurants. There are 2 swimming pools and a hot tub. Guest rooms at the Crown Paradise are equipped with air conditioning and a private balcony. Cable TV and coffee makers are also included. Crown Paradise Club Puerto Vallarta features 5 bars, nightclub, a full gym and 2 tennis courts. A sports court and children's playground area are available. Evening entertainment is also provided. Guests can use the family game area or the activities pool at the Puerto Vallarta Crown Paradise. A beachfront snack bar is also offered. This property is 3 km from the World Trade Centre and 4 km from Puerto Vallarta main square.

- cockroaches in our room - shower didn't work - doves all over eating leftovers - people leaving their food on the floor, IN(!) the pool, by the beach, and no one is cleaning it up - kids pool is NOT kidsproof! It is so dangerous for them to use! - the smell of the sewer was unbearable - we had to change rooms - sellers on the beach constantly trying to sell you things. Even on the private part of the hotel beach - the prices that were not all inclusive were so high! All in all: we paid way too much money and I wish we could of left the day we arrived.

We really liked the amenities, our kids had so much fun. The babies club was great for our little one, he loved it there. All of the staff throughout the resort were so friendly and helpful. The location was also great, very easy to get a taxi to/from anywhere, and not too far of a ride to the airport. Also, they put on an excellent New Years Eve party and feast. The rooms and the overall facility aren't the newest and shiniest, but you can see that it's kept very clean and that they are making improvements. If your looking for high class fancy resort this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for a fun family resort with excellent staff then this place is great :)

“Great place if you have kids and don’t mind spending money eating out for variety.”
The breakfast buffet was pretty good. I think the kids paradise club is phenomenal and wonderfully interactive keeping kids engaged and happy with a variety of activities throughout the week including short field trips within the resort but a nice change of scenery.
