The staff and location were both terrific. It's located one block from the beginning of the malecón. There are many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

“A bit pricey for the simple room, but staff, location and bed were great!”
Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet, location was excellent, super coffee shop around the corner. Hot shower in the morning. They cheerfully stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Nice terrace!

“A basic, clean hotel in a great downtown location close to all amenities.”
I stayed in two different rooms here. The double economical room was attractive and comfortable but had a strong smell of damp . The larger room with a balcony is in need of renovation. However, they were clean. The staff were very friendly. I extended my stay because of the downtown location and near to the Malecon, beach and bus stops. Puerto Vallarta's accommodation is expensive so this hotel was reasonable value.

“Good clean location”
Staff is very friendly and helpful although they called me at 10 pm at night when i was asleep to ask that I pay my room There is fresh water to take which is very convenient The property itself is very clean, some of the rooms are very small and dark PV is quite expensive so I guess it’s okay value for the money Housekeeping is super Location is central and close to the beach
