“Lovely little hostel right in the heart of Rio Tranquilo”

It's a lovely, spacious hostel with everything we needed. It's right in the town, a minute from both stop, coast or food places. Check in was super easy and we were able to leave our bags prior to that.

We loved the place. The bed is very comfortable and has nice warm blankets that are perfect for the chilly weather you can encounter in Rio Tranquilo. Brandon, our host, was very attentive and always kept the fireplace going to keep the house nice and warm. Also, besides the fireplace there was a tiny living room, which was pretty nice to read for a while. The bathroom was clean and pristine, and if you were to need extra shampoo they left some for us, also they can lend a hair dryer if you need it. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the other guests were respectful and quiet, so we slept perfectly. Also, there's space to park the car outside, though everything is walking distance from the house, which is great. We would 100% recommend the place and can't wait to go back :)

The room is ok. It is quite small, but clean. Wifi is good. The owner doesn't speak english.

A charming and cosy place not far away from the centre. The place also comprises of a private parking.

My room was great and had a small eating and sitting area, fridge, kettle, cutlery and dishes, cupboards and overall enough space for everything. Shower was good and there was a heater in the room too. There is a private parking inside the premises of the accommodation and it was close by to the center by foot and to everything you need.

Near bus station , comfortable clean and warm . Fire in communal area very welcome . Couldn’t use the shower as no water in the town when we stayed but that is not the fault of the Hostal which was perfectly clean and tidy.

The practical lay-out is very ergonomical; excellent use of space. Smack in the middle of town. The wood burner. The sitting area and small kitchen. Very clean. Brendan was very helpful.

The place and the people are great, The "hot" water was just warm,,, other than that it was great. Let me advise not to use the site get yourguide to book boat trips. It is much more expensive than local providers.
