I have stayed here before because of the property is in a great location and always clean and the staff are always very helpful and always make you feel so welcome would really recommend this place for a family home away from home.

It was a great location - normally the resort is quite busy but this villa is round the quieter side of Puerto Rico. The villa was lovely - great design with 3 bedrooms plus 2 separate single bed areas. The pool was also warmer than most villa pools which is highly appreciated 😀

It was a great size with everything we needed. Useful to have access to a smart TV for Netflix. The heated pool was a real game changer for how much we used it in February. The rooms were a good size and there was good storage. It was about a half an hour walk into the main centre and about 10 mins walk to the beach. The centre was up hill which didn't bother us but could be an issue for anyone with accessibility needs.

Very good location a very short walk to the restaurants and supermarkets of the Olas commercial centre and the Puerto Rico (Puerto Base) area. Plenty of space tonoark the hire car.

Good location, quiet but Central at the same time. A supermarket and a restaurants within 100 meters. 15 minutes walk to down Town Puerto Rico. The size of the rooms was good.

great location outside of the busy area but within an easy reach of a few local restaurants and 5 min drive into main Puerto rico centre, we had a car so getting around very easy. if you are walking its a fair walk as its hilly from town about 15 mins but only about 10 from the beach. I would recommend a car. local supermarket and and restaurants are only a few mins walk Great size apartment detached and a really nice layout loved the private pool made it really easy for us to relax and the kids spent hours in the pool. privacy is nice. The apartment really is nice but could be so much more wit a few thing fixed. lots of storage complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioners iron and hairdryer all good. Quite and piecefull day and night, washing machine very handy coffee machine was good, complimentary, tea and coffee, and drinks in the fridge on arrival including red and white win were a nice suprise Smart TV in lounger was good although a bit slow. Free wifi was nice although you have too keep re logging in on every device

Villa is in a good location, easy reach of mini market, restaurants and bars. The harbour is close by. The villa is spacious and well equipped, the pool is a good size, there is free Wifi and the welcome pack is a nice touch.

Great,spacious property, comfortable, clean beds. Lots of storage. It had everything we needed. Light bulbs went and Ayose sorted it within an hour. Lovely pool area, we even had a visit from a few parakeets. 🦜 Puerto Rico Beach was a 10 minute walk away. Boat trip was great, we saw many dolphins.🐬

“It was perfect”

I stayed at this villa as a solo traveler and honestly, it was perfect. The location is spot on—just a short walk to the beach, with a peaceful and clean swimming pool I ended up enjoying every day. The bed was super comfortable, the toilets were spotless and a very spacious living room. I also appreciated how close it was to a small market where I picked up my favorite drinks, and the city centre was just a 30-minute walk away—perfect for a relaxed evening stroll or to grab some food on the way. What truly made me feel welcome, though, were the little thoughtful touches. The fridge had some drinks waiting for me, and there was even wine and snacks—something that instantly made me smile after arriving! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. It felt like a little hidden gem, and I’d definitely come back again.

Great location, 3 minute walk from the shop, pub and a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. 10 minute walk to the beach. The heated pool with a shallow end was enjoyed by all, particularly by my 7 & 8 year old children. Very clean, spacious and well maintained property. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times

It had everything, absolutely excellent.

We chose this accommodation because it has a heated pool. Unfortunately the heat pump was not working. It was difficult to tell my two small children that they could not use the pool because the water was cold. The kitchen extractor fan and the light in the living room were also not working. The coffee maker was unusable. The villa is beautiful and in a very good location, but due to the previous shortcomings we will definitely not return.
